New Staff Help Strengthen Biofuels Equipment Company

CLEVELAND, OH (July 24, 2008) – Arisdyne Systems, an alternative fuel cavitation technology and equipment company headquartered in Cleveland, recently added two new members to their team. Dave Coleman of Tatum Partners will be joining Arisdyne as interim Chief Financial Officer and Glenn Levar of Shared Time Human Resources Management will be serving in the role of the company’s Human Resources Vice President. This combination of senior talent will serve Arisdyne’s board and operating leadership as the team develops and implements plans to acquire and preserve key resources – scarce capital and talented people. In particular, the expanded leadership will help Arisdyne allocate resources as the company develops, markets, and sells innovative biofuel equipment and solutions which apply new technologies for production systems.

“As the company has achieved continuing success in technology development and solving early customer production challenges, our financial, accounting, human resources support, and administrative communications needs have expanded,” said Fred Clarke, President of Arisdyne Systems. “Bringing Dave, Glen, and others on board helps us meet those needs with more specialized talent resulting in better customer service.”

In his new role, Coleman will oversee Arisdyne’s treasury and control functions in addition to his support in financial and cost analysis. He will work closely with the board as well as operating leadership to secure innovative and efficient sources of financial support designed to meet both the current and long term resource requirements. Levar will help establish a culture of performance, fairness and cooperation, as he assists with early challenges related to recruitment of key talent supporting activities in engineering, fuels chemistry research, and administrative communications. He will collaborate with key personnel in tailoring the employee handbook, benefit packages, safety procedures and organization structure to the growing needs of Arisdyne and the business associates.

To meet the needs for expanded work space, Arisdyne’s leadership team is currently working with state agencies and a real estate advisor in a search for a new, more suitable location.

Arisdyne Systems is the pioneering authority in the use of hydrodynamic cavitation to produce biofuels. They are at the forefront of America’s alternative energy industry with more than 21 U.S. patents and 50 international patents.
