Critical Path Management LLC to add industry expertise to ensure smooth installations
CLEVELAND, OH (May 28, 2010) — Arisdyne Systems, Inc, a leading technology and process services company headquartered in Cleveland announces a joint agreement with Critical Path Management LLC (CPM), a process consulting services group in Gleason, Wisconsin. The companies have agreed to collaborate on the introduction of Arisdyne’s Controlled Flow Cavitation technology to the fuel ethanol industry.
CPM will provide assistance with sales and process expertise introducing cavitation technology to their key clients and will work with Arisdyne’s engineers and business development team to design, install and monitor results during the initial test period.
CPM’s diverse experience with the challenges of alternative equipment technologies, plant designs, and operational/process controls and analysis will add a critical dimension to our team,” said Fred Clarke, Executive Vice President and one of the founders of Arisdyne. “Besides extending our reach and credibility in the industry, CPM will provide after installation support to help achieve the level of up time that the industry expects.”
We’ve worked with many ethanol producers to manage start up challenges and assist with plant optimization,” said Bob Shank, lead engineer. “We’ve found that Arisdyne’s simple and elegant technology delivers real results and we’re delighted to be working with them.”
Dr. Peter Reimers, President and CEO of Arisdyne, believes that the collaboration will also help address two of the major challenges facing the ethanol industry today.
“The starch that is left behind after processing could be used for higher yields,” explained Dr. Reimers. “Since today’s plants cannot expand their capacities, yield improvements must be implemented to improve performance. Corn fiber offers an opportunity for improvement through cellulosic conversion into ethanol. This will fulfill the advanced fuel mandates without requiring any change to existing infrastructure.”
CPM and Arisdyne will work together to address these challenges. CPM will assist with the introduction and installation of cavitation systems to enhance the access and conversion of starch to ethanol, while Arisdyne supports this effort and extends their reach into cellulosic conversion technologies.<
“This is a great step for both our companies, which should provide us opportunities to work - with the Ethanol producers as well as – their current suppliers of equipment, enzymes and yeast to optimize the system capabilities,” said Bob Shank.
